The Walker + Hailey Team of Realty ONE Group Music City is based in the Cool Springs area of Franklin, TN. For years, we have offered a full service, reduced fee listing program to our clients. During that period, we’ve saved Middle Tennessean’s over $4 Million versus traditional real estate fees. We are passionate about our level of service and it’s been a blessing to serve so many. Our daily quest is to redefine the real estate experience.

Todd Walker

Todd’s appreciation and love for people and places started at a young age and can be attributed to growing up and living in some of our country’s greatest cities including: Anchorage, AK., Savannah, GA. and Nashville, TN. Internal motivation, work ethic and an appreciation for team work developed early on as he played football and baseball as a child into early adulthood. In his mind he can still he can compete at a high level, reality says no.

Just prior to graduating from college with an MBA, Todd went to work for a Fortune 50 organization. For over 10 years, he worked his way up the corporate ladder in finance, marketing and sales. In 2007, he decided to “retire” from the corporate world to work as an independent consultant.

In early 2014, Todd decided to join the real estate community. By year end 2015, he was ranked in the top 5% in Tennessee for number of transactions sold by an individual. Three years later, Todd earned his Brokers license and took on the responsibility of Managing Broker for their Cool Springs. There he lead, developed and coached agents on how to be successful and conduct business the right way.

So why Real Estate? Todd sums it up as, “I do this because I love it”. “There’s no other profession where I can act in an advisory role with clients who are buying and/or selling their most important asset.” “I can turn dreams into addresses while being my clients friend in business”. In his leisure time with family and friends, Todd is passionate about camping, boating, mountain bike riding, music, the beach, his pets and anything Georgia Bulldog.

Gian Walker

Gian’s been a Registered Nurse for the past 28 years, mostly working in open-heart surgery. A good part of that time however was spent as a stay at home mom. She grew up in Indiana and has moved or relocated over ten times, having lived in Michigan, Kentucky, Mississippi and Tennessee. She truly understand the importance of hiring a professional who is patient, caring, and has the education and experience to help families buy and/or sell their next home.

Gian’s interest in real estate began when her husband Todd became a Realtor. She quickly became very interested in the industry and decided to formally join his passion for helping families. She enjoys meeting new families, creating friendships and helping their buying and selling experience run as smooth as possible. “Working with Todd means we can give our clients the knowledge and support of two agents, instead of one. “We work well together and often think alike however, we also have different strengths and can support our clients and each other when needed”.

Gian has three amazing children, Natalie, Monica and Drew who motivate her to be and do her best everyday. Besides spending time with her husband, children, family and friends, she enjoys boating, camping, mountain biking, beach vacations, GA football, music, planting flowers and art of all kinds.

Lehman Hailey

Over the last 15+ years, Lehman has mentored hundreds of people from several different countries, coaching them how to successfully establish and get in front of their target market for their business. In 2014 he decided to get his Real Estate License and merge the two things he enjoyed the most and that is Real Estate and Marketing. He and his team have built out many real estate marketing funnels and marketing campaigns for other agents as well as mortgage professionals.

He really enjoys working with buyers and seller assisting them with their real estate needs. He also enjoys working with other agents as well as mortgage professionals, assisting them in growing their business through consistent marketing methods that provided a constant flow of targeted leads. The most enjoyment comes from clients wanting me to list their home. Being able to utilize the 15+ years of online and offline marketing and getting maximum exposure for his clients home usually equates to fast sales.

Eric Haines

I was born in Maryland, raised in Vermont, New Hampshire and Upstate New York, and have resided in Miami, Florida; Atlanta, GA; Gettysburg, PA;

I attended high school in Upstate New York and earned a Bachelors of Arts, from Mount Saint Mary’s College, Emmitsburg, MD, and a Masters of Science, from Trevecca Nazarene University, Nashville, TN.

I have made  Nashville, TN  my home since July of 2004. I have been an educator for 27 years, in the fields economics and political science. In February of 2018, I launched Tropos Homes, a real estate investment company which focuses wholesaling, fixing and flipping single family homes, and real estate lead generation and management. I have a passion for Real Estate, and love the process of helping people buy and sell homes. I am a Nashville based singer/songwriter, guitarist and performing musician.

Gurshall

Gurshall, named after the great Georgia Bulldog running back tandem of Todd Gurley and Keith Marshall, provides mental and professional support to the team. Gurshall loves everyone he meets and always bring about a smile, even on the rainiest of days. Gurshall…..just ate the rest of his bio. Bad dawg!
